If you have received negative reputation then it's most likely by a good reason. I, at least, always state mine. Otherwise, you have the Admin Contact.

I don't get negrep a lot. I'm just saying, the majority of moderators either don't help at all or do a terrible job at it. It's mostly the shamans who actually do anything.

Furthermore, most of the moderators here are totally elitist. They don't help out newer users and only help you if you have a high post count or a lot of rep. Users shouldn't hate the moderators of a site, they should like and respect them. I hate a lot of the moderators here.

If by "helping out" you mean posting in their own sections, then I guess I'm included. I don't do so because I don't feel motivated to do it. I help out a little now and then, and I like helping out in JASS problems, but I lack the will to help with other subjects.

On the bottom of the forums list (before you get to the "What's Going On?" tab), you have two buttons. One says "Mark Forums Read", the other says "View Forum Leaders".

That's strange, I'm sure we had one on Quick Links list.

It was removed after vB was last upgraded. Dunno why.

Hmm.. I am sorry to let you go Poot but if that is your wish, then... as you wish.

Anyway.. We are currently looking into our staff list to see where all the hatred comes from and we are trying to solve it.

A few days ago I felt like just turning off the server but that would be a waste. It really would.. And many would hire assasins to kill me, steal the server and put hive up again.

I agree with most of what you guys have to say. I agree that Ghan_04 probably shouldn't have infracted co-workers and co-workers' subordinants. He should have talked to them or forwarded their case to me.

Anyway, flamewars between moderators should never occur and while I have recently have lots of off-hours he probably felt he needed to act on his own.

I apologise for my off time and hope I can be a better site owner. I hope that I will get hive on track again.

The people who have been here for a year. Think about hive now and back when Wolverabid was still around. This community is SO different from back then.

Anyway, I am doing my best to keep this site upright.
Something else I forgot to say on page one.

Moderators are users. Administrators are users. If anything, they should be treated harsher. They shouldn't get off lightly.

Oh, also, just because someone is higher up than you, doesn't bar you the right to criticize them, provided it's constructive.
Don't be afraid to tell me what you think is right. Just remember, hive means a whole lot to me.

Being depressed and trying to kill yourself isn't realy helping you know, come up with some idea's to fill up the holes.
To create more support for the hive, I already suggested some suggesions that could reduce the strain on moderators in the: Mod Suggestion tread.

Hive is not doing so well, but when something gets broken u try to fix it, when somebody gets sick u try to cure him. First things first, get back some motivation!

Well, what's done is done. Another big thanks to PurplePoot for all the great work on the site.

I'm closing this topic now. If you have any problems with the staff or this site, please post them in admin contact or use private messages only. Please do not post them publically. Thank you.
