JNPG Problems

Lately, I have been trying to install JNPG. Everytime I try to open it it says another instance of World Editor is running, even though it isn't. I previously used WEU and that worked great, but it was very buggy. Can anybody help?

Reboot and run it again.
Other than that, CTRL+ALT+DELETE, open the "Task Menager" and check if there's a running WE process.
