It doesn't happen in the normal editor?
What are your computer specs?

Try disabling visual themes (Windows Key > search "effects" > Adjust appearance and performance ... > Adjust for best performance...)

It doesn't happen in normal editor and these are my laptop's specs

I think I've solved the problem thanks for the help ironically the cooling fan I had with it(sorry if I should of mentioned it) wasn't letting it air out the overheated air it seems. nvm it seems I spoke too soon

That's odd. I think it is just because of the map that is loaded rather than because of JNGP. The map might be graphically intense for the GPU (which is plausible if your graphics card isn't too good).

To confirm that JNGP is the issue compared to the normal editor, you may want to open up the task manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete, start task manager) and see if JNGP is taking up a lot of CPU compared to how much CPU the normal editor takes up (run them at different times, ofc).

All in all, I recommend that you look into getting a laptop cooler, e.g.:
http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-NotePal-Ultra-Slim-R9-NBC-XSLI-GP/dp/B005C31HC0/
Those things are great. They are lightweight, cheap, and easy to carry around. I used it all the time with my old laptop whenever I needed to game or edit. It will definitely be worth the investment. I haven't read the comments for that one that I linked (I haven't tried it either), but just research a few and order one if you can.
