What exactly does incinerate (arrow) do?

Does it add the incinerate (non-arrow) when the unit attacks?
If so, can you change which ability it adds?

It's basically incinerate but only has the effect when it is used instead of being passive.

Its not pasive its auto casteble and it drains mana.

No, incinerate (arrow) has no changeable fields. What does it do?

Well ithink that each attack on the same unit deals more damage, like first attack 25normal+3bonus(from incin)second attack 25normal+6bonus(from inci),etc. and if unit have incinerate buff and it if dies it will explode and deal area damage, by exsploding other units will get infected with that buff...

Incinerate (arrow) just adds the Incinerate ability to the unit in arrow form (so you have to autocast it instead of it just being passive). You can't change it to add other abilities.
