Well i played the last version of human 09 in insame mode.

I have a question, why when arthas take the frostmore he doesnot change to chaos damage and still in hero damage¿?

That's intentional.
Since all the maps are updated to the latest patch version, chaos attack only means that the hero's attacks also deal 100% damage to buildings, while hero only does 50%. Why it's important is so that you can't level a whole base using just Arthas in Divine Shield.
