How to use this trap in a good way.

Hey guys, i want to use this model as a trap, but i can't see any way to use it properly. Anyone has suggestions.

I tried a stasis trap or a land mine but no good.

you could probably use it as a spawned unit, like the vulture's spider mines in Starcraft
