How to use an arithmetic value

This request is very easy (I think). I was looking in one of the tutorials (whitenights's "Introduction To Trigger-Enhancing Spells") and I tried to recreate the spell but i got to

Unit - Set life of (Picked unit) to ((Life of (Picked unit))

But in the tutorial it was

Unit - Set life of (Picked unit) to ((Life of (Picked unit)) + 100.00)

So my question is how to put that + 100.00 there. Please help I looked all over the triggers

Select "Arithmetic" in the list... there you can input 2 values and an arithmetic operator.
