How to Create a Ubersplat?

As I understand it Ubersplats are ground textures? (Ubersplat is a really stupid name for them).

If so how do i create one? All the trigger actions seem to refer to last created ubersplat but there is no option to create one?

• Ubersplat - Create ubersplat at (Center of (Playable map area)) of type Goldmine with color (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%) and 0.00% transparency (Disable paused state, Disable skipping birth time)
