I voted 3. I can't do much with Terrain and I can only do triggers with tutorials and then I can edit them to suit my needs. I have made a single working quest based map and attempted another, though the cinematic aren't working properly and I feel that it is quite badly put together. I can decorate maps and come up with balanced tech-trees, but have yet to dedicate enough time to build one beside my edited high-elf tech-tree. Looking back, I could do better. I also have yet to understand the campaign editor and ai editor.

I decided to put 6. I suppose its just a matter of perspective and opinion .-. There's not really any baseline to base it off of besides Lowest and Highest, so yeah.

Yeah... I recognize the Hive isn't the best place for this sort of thing, but you really can't expect much when you shoot yourself in the foot like that... First of all, as has been pointed out, you can't tell us the (hidden/meta/related) purpose of your questions; that defeats the purpose (or allows us to do so). Further, your scale lacks any sort of context; as aforementioned, what is "modding"? That encompasses fields as widely divergent as making icons and textures, geomerging or scratch modeling, terraining (for cinematics and for melee maps), design principles (and all the little sub-groups thereof). Nonetheless, taking a leaf from a few user's books...

Coding
3/10I'm pretty much stuck with GUI (and exceedingly simple GUI at that), though I like to think I'm creative with my OE work-arounds and simple-coding. Know about local variables and to avoid waits, so not abysmal... But yeah, it's been a long time.

Art
2/10Pretty much never had much more than an inkling in "artistic-ness". I can't draw, can't color, etc. I can sketch crudely, and I can do tiny bits of geomerging (not really)... Yeah, too long.

Design
8/10When it comes to Design, I feel I have a pretty good grasp of the game and how it's made, what it does and why. I have enmeshed myself in Design principles for many years, and everything I do is centered around this. Also I consider this to include "cool ideas & the will/ability to achieve them"; my Object Editor work-arounds & knowledge are (admittedly Dunning-Kruger-ly) pretty dang good, if I do say so myself.

Total
13/30-> 43_1/3% ~> 4/10

Yeah, sounds about right. Ish. Not featured is Terraining (eh?), which I don't consider a true modding discipline LOL I haven't really had much practice at but feel I'd be halfway decent. I've got some plans for the short-term that will hopefully illustrate the verity of my statements for Design. :p Keep your eyes peeled.
