How do i design my own characters???

that site has many model editing programs.

Milkshape 3d ~costs 25 bucks and is decent for wc3 modeling.

and finally the best model maker that u could possibly use for wc3 is 3ds max 5 with the art tools used by blizzard.

the program is abandonware and cannot be found anywhere other than illegal downloading, but i wont get into that.
