How can we customize a melee loading screen?

Basically I remember there was a way for WAR3 to have loading screens with the players name.

Currently if I use a melee loading screen, it can't fit more than 8 players and it can look quite messy under some circumstances. So I'm wondering if anyone here knows how to make a melee like loading screen with customized properties

Create an image, make it either 1024x768, or 800x600.
Make sure it's a TGA file.
Import it.
Save your file.
Map -> Map Properties -> Loading Screen -> Type: Custom -> Image: ______ Browse...
