How can I reduce the armor of a unit?

I need an ability that will reduce the armor of a unit. All I found is Faerie Fire. But is there any way to make it so it's a Manual ability, not an Auto-Cast one? Also, is there any way to remove the reveal effect from the target unit?

I don't want the ability to be AoE.

You can use acid bomb with no aoe and damage.
