Resized entire model with bones
Tweaked existing animations
Added new animations:
Spell (different than attack)
Spell Chain (for chain lightning ability)
Spell Slam
Dissipate (not just translation but entire model)

Update: Fixed Staff in the stand animations

Update: Fixed arms mesh and changed book and cape textures

Update: Changed texture of the book and added new animation: spell channel

You know, I've been working on something for a while, for which this is almost literally perfect; Dismounting the Archmage & adding some nice robes & staff is a really nice touch.

In fact, I'd say in general you have a real knack for creating really 'down-to-earth' models; especially your unit models are quite excellent for fitting into Warcraft, not being too flashy or detailed.

This guy could perhaps use only 2 adjustments in my opinion... For one, I wouldn't mind seeing a different beard (a bit of steely gray or salt'n'pepper; perhaps Uther or one of the Paladins?) on him, to help differentiate him from the actual Archmage more, so they can be used together. Second... Well, as has been said the "Necromancer" anims are a little blasé for a Hero; feels like something more along the lines of Medivh or Furion would fit better. Just my two cents.
