Hello I need some help. For some reason, no matter what I change the field "Sound - Research Complete" into it always uses the Generic Research Complete sound.
The path for this sound is:
Sound\Dialogue\GenericWarnings\GenericWarningUpgradeResearch1.mp3
I thought maybe if I tweeked around a bit in: "Scenario > Player Properties/Force Properties/Upgrade Properties" it would somehow matter and help but it didn't.
Now I'm clueless as to what is causing this.
EDIT: Solved. I found out that using "Player - Set current research level" instead of "Unit - "Issue Research Order" in the trigger editor will both hide the ping on the minimap and not play the sound.
Much better than using a dummy unit to do the research! Sorry for this waste of post!
