Fixing a model.

That's the request. I sat down one night, specifically yesterday, or well, I think it was yesterday, anyhow, no matter.

The subject of the request is this, help me fix the model. You do not have to change anything, just attach pieces that is loose.
Talked to Debode/Deolrin in hivechat in which he recommended two people. One with already huge request list stacking up on his profile and the other flat out denied me a long while ago and set up terms in which I do not fulfill.

(I do not know the man and my map project isn't that famous.)
Anyhow, to attempt to solve the problem in another way, I'm giving the request forum a shot.

I did change the model a little after those screenshots. The rifle is slightly changed and the feet are now goblin-green colored.

(The flaws are that the head, hood, bag, googles and rifle is not visible ingame.)

Some may notice that this is generally speaking the CNP version of a model. No worries, I will credit you all.
Also, this was intended for private use. However if you guys think this could be worthy of approval from the site and from you guys as parts of your work is in here. :D

I requested the Goblin Sniper loong ago, so like the UI, I attempted to bring it into existence.

The model it self is 'semi-corrupted'
Which means that the model's vertices won't attach the respective bone (correct me if i was wrong)
The only way to fix this is (afaik, if anyone else know better way, then go on) reverting back to the previous version of the model
I mean, go back a little to previous version that hasn't got this bug

The model was "made" by exporting, deleting and importing geosets. There exist no model version without this weakness. Does this mean that this model is beyond help, e.i unfixable? :O

bone model is the model which you import the geoset to
Materials is the parts you want to import

It appears you do not understand. This was the very first model I did. I found a tutorial for how to make models on youtube.
I got numerous backups, but the problem that this one has exists in all other versions because I followed the instructions given to me by the video.

I mean, in magos it looks fine, ingame, not so much. The tutorial on youtube did not show the potential errors that would show ingame.

(I had to cut off the lower body as the head was in the same geoset as the rest of the body.)

The custom skin called GoblinSniperClothes was made, in the true spirit of CNP, I used the goblin theif skin and modified it to fit the smaller skin for the goblin rifleman. The Goblin Rifleman was the base.

Cool. However, for some reason one of the effects isn't transparent in the attack animation.
You also forgot to attach the bag and the potion plug. :O Now it's just a red thing floating behind his back. :O

@champara bros: no, i ask him to list all model he used in the first post's model
@mini mage: do you mind if i using default rifleman as the base model?

Do you really need to? I mean, Champara Bros already made it work. :O

Well, even if the Goblin Sniper is done, well, almost done. Some bugs is still there. I could always request more things.

I could always need someone who helps me with models in general, because I got a shitload of a long list of things I could need for my project.
If you're up for it, model some of those then. If you're interested, I'll post my list. :D
