Small Model Fix

Hello everyone, chr2 made this awesome skin for me, but when in game the portrait has two holes in the side of his head (was an elf model, that was made human). Think anyone could fix this small problem for me please?

Here's the FIXED version of the portrait...

I imported the fix but it doesn't show on the model, instead the model has a grey portrait like a doodad. Any idea why it's not working?
