Can anyone help me fix this model? The model doesn't show properly in-game even in the editor like in this picture.

Are you trying to make this model appear like a Centaur or a Horse only?
If it's a Horse, the problem is the Bone_Head that still remaind in Node Manager. Try to clean it with Mdlvis.
If it's a Horse man, well the body doesn't appear properly or you didn't add it, try to attach the bones/vertices to their appopriate geoset, btw, does some body of that model part does appear at some random unit in the map by chance?

Do I see correctly that the health bar is wrongly placed and the rider misses a texture ?

EDIT: Had a look on it, everyhting seems fine, Material-wise.

Yeah, that is quite strange. My first thought was that the material mode, 'Transparent', was causing this,
but changing it did not change anything about the problem.

My second guess was Alpha channel, but that one seems to be appropriate, too.

Excuse, I don't know what it could be :(
