why? shadowy model?

in a file that I downloaded. the guy wore a "footman" with a skin "arthas" basically using the tool of "UV-maps" the MDLvis progam. I've seen this kind of "bug" strange before, and already decided as well. But I do not know how to fix, so I came here to ask if someone could help me or teach you how to fix this? :/
 
Is the material alpha set to "animated" in Magos?
If so, remove that flag.

Also, is the texture 128x128, 256x256 or 512x512?
Warcraft III does not support other texture resolutions.

I posted the model immediately above, but looking over you model said "from what I understand" mainly seemed to be okay :goblin_good_job:

part of the "alpha set Material to" animated"" I did not understand.
and the texture that you mention it, it is 512x512

I put the model to download the previous posts
