You need to add animation tags to the names of the animations... like Stand Gold, Stand Lumber, Attack Gold, Attack Lumber, Death Gold, Death Lumber, etc. When you need to play some of this animations, add the animation tag to the unit trough trigger. This make instantly the unit use the animations that contain the tag.
Geoset animations hides parts of the model in some animations, your model in stand shows 2 weapons at the time... I didn't look at other animations, you would have to check them. You can fix that in Magos, under Windows/Geoset Animation Manager.
The last part, I don't understand what you need. You mean how to use for example Stand Alternate?
