fade filters

hi,
i did a spell in my map that activates a custom fade filter (it has tga file). well tooltips disappear
is there a way to prevent that? maybe some other solution than fade filter?

I don't think there is any other solutions, all fade filters do that btw.

Depends what you're trying to achieve.

There's floating text, fog effects, custom models.

That is not done by the filter. Only the Video - Fade Filter action is combined with call EnableUserUI(false). Use Video - Advanced Filter instead.

Well, that can also be typed into Custom Scripts in GUI Triggers just to add. I mean that JASS cod can be typed into Custom Scripts.

Perhaps you faded out and did not fade in. Fading out removes all tooltips.

Just either use WaterKnight's suggestion or if you want it Custom Scipt:

• Custom script: call EnableUserUI(false)

Actually the same command if you ask me but giving another alternative here rather than using PURE JASS Or wahtever is that prog. language.
