Export animation with NeoDex 2.7

Hi,
my problem is to export animation.

In 3Ds Max 2016 my animations work fine, but wenn I export the model no animation shown.
Only when I use the "vertex animation converter" the animations work, but they are full of errors.

I tried it with normal boxes. They are "Editable Mesh" and I tried it with normal skinning and AT skinning.
Nothing happend.

Is there something I forget or is the "vertex animation converter" the only way to export animation?
