It follows the story of Iveor, a fallen demigod
who invaded a kingdom whose king died some time ago.

You start as a common novice traveler being recruited

On Enthashara's Tales you can fight with axes, swords, staffs, bows and daggers according to the class that you will choose. Any weapon class has 12 sublevels, refered to level requirements for their use. Any weapon class has main bonus, and most of them are limited to hero class for use. Any weapon level 6 or higher can be imbued on Brok's forge with [Vampiric Essence][Poison Essence][Lighning Essence][Frost Essence][unholy Essence][Sharpened Edge].

Swords, symbol of honor, can be wield by Knight class, Paladin class and Berserk class. In the lands of Enthashara you will find two main type of swords. Two hand swords those have Cleave bonus [mass dmg] and One hand sword those have Lethal strike bonus [Universal dmg multiplier]
Axe, the barbarian weapon by excellency can be wield by Berserk class, Clown class and Slayer Class. Main bonus for one hand axe is Mutilation [maim target] and Cleave attack for Two hand Axes [Massive dmg]
Symbol of Wisdom, a staff can be wield by Wizzards and Priests, All staffs increase Magic effect of casted abilities and modify hero main attacks increasing damage dealed
Only usable by Ranger classes, bows heavily increase ranged skills's final damage and modify hero main attacks increasing damage dealed.
The reserved weapon as emergency choice, all classes have allowed to wield a dagger into their dress. Any dagger has Attack speed bonus modifier and some of them have critical strike bonuses.

When Etales begun every class had his own armor class reserved. From 1.1.0 version that limitation was removed and all armors are wearable by all classes. Perhaps mostly of normal armors are sold by merchants and their main attribute is bonus defense, in game, you will find enchanted armors with their normal bonus defense plus 2 - 3 attribute modifiers.
Each attribute modifier have 3 subvariant related to the amount of stat modified: Increases - Strongly Increases and Very Strongly Increases, If you find an armor with triple attribute modifier and triple very strongly increase subvariant, it will be marked as Epic Item. Armor class follows next class lines.

In Enthashara you can find at least 12 types of shields equipable according to hero level requirements. Shields can be equipped by all classes except archers. They grow new levels by increasing their affect for you. from version 2.0.0 Familiars are collectable and each 3 levels they increase their inventory size by 1 slot. Their affect grows when they hunt their favorite food.

Slaves can be obtained via killing enemy units. When you slay some enemy unit there is a little chance of get his soul in retribution. Choose wisely because slaves are replace instantly if you pick another slave soul.

MAP SETUP
- CODEWIPE, as previous points read there's a codewipe in 2.0.0. Older codes aren't available.
- Disabled old saving systems (Nestharus one)

GAME BALANCE
EXPERIENCE
- Experience gain variables are updated to logarithmic curve. While older version gives same experience for both lev 1 and lev 99 heroes for killing a creep lev 2, in new version hero lev 1 will get 181 xp while hero lev 99 will get 10 xp for creep lev 2. (this can vary)
- Maximum radius to give exp gain is set to 1050 AoE. Heroes far from 1050 units from giving unit exp will no receive any xp.
- Bonus factor: close_factor = 100% for distances under 200 units, medium_factor = 75% for distances under 600 units and far_factor = 50% for distances under 1050 units.
- All these experience bonuses are directly affected (increase) by Edicts and number of nearby heroes playing.
HERO PROGRESSION
- New progression point type: Prestige. Required to activate and use new familiars and more. There are 6 levels of prestige.
- A certain amount of prestige credit coins are required to upgrade prestige level.
- Reputation points can be sold for prestige credit coins.
- Main cities have a NPC than can exchange prestige credit coins by gold or reputation points.

MECHANICS
- Modified Instant restoration passive ability, now there's a max of 35% chance of get instantly healed by max 100% of damage received
ENCAMPMENT
- Player encampment can no longer be activated by pressing ESC, a button beside wisp icon is used to deploy Encampment
- A new unit is deployed with player encampment: Stable. It will contain all familiar collection from Player saves.
- Player tent visuals will be updated as Player grows in prestige level (disabled)
SAVE/LOAD
- Save/Loads menu is shown by pressing ESC.
- New data stored (old data is considered as default): Familiar collection, Familiar inventory, Familiar Affect, Familiar Level, Prestige Level, Prestige Credit Coin, Equipment data, material 1, material 2, material 3.
- There are slots of saveable characters, if you want to save current char, it'll be stored into current loaded data as default.
- You cannot load at map start, because game needs to fulfil indexes to prevent data loss. Save/Load menu will be available some seconds after map beginning.
- Files created with saved code are stored into Custom Map Data folder under the name of Etales (EtalesBeta for current status), a file is created for each slot, file extension *.pld

Trixi the spider - Loves to eat insects, obtainable from a spider egg, you need a spider web to wake up trixi.
Bongo the Bear - Misha's puppy, you can wake up from his hibernation state by using honey pot item
Gary Jr. the gnoll - Cavern Lord Gary's puppy, you can wake up from his hibernation state by using gnoll's fleece item
Frank the golem - An enchanted figurine summoned to fight demons, activated by Necromancer script item
Donatello the turtle - Master of undead food art, obtainable from turtle egg, actionable with some heating sand bag.

- From 2.0.0 Familiars have own progression path: it's based on Affect points. Each familiar have 10 levels, each level requires a considerable amount of affect points to reach.
- Affect points and levels are stored into save codes for each familiar
- Each familiar have own favourite food, which mean giving last hit on desired creep type, familiar increases affect to you by getting hunt points.
- Giving potions and healing them will increase his affect too.
- Dead familiar will decrease their affect by 15% (disabled)
- Familiar are collectable, So you can handle up to 9 familiars into your stable.
- Familiar inventory capacity grows as familiar gets new levels, it starts with 1 slot and can have maximum of 4 slots. (lev 9-10)
- familiars unlocks new abilities as they increase levels.
- Damage bonus and resistance against their favourite food are increased on new levels (disabled in beta)
- Equipment used by familiars uses Hero level requirement to wear.


SLAVE
- Slave Mechanics have been nerfed mostly due game imbalance related.
- Slave inventory size decreased to 2 slots.
- Slave's damage is decreased to 30% unit's base damage to prevent units overkill (disabled in beta)

Fixed power hit scale for soldier, now it deals 1440 damage on lev 10 (old one did 240 dmg).

Dark ranger/ranger/archer
Archers' power shot rebuilt damage calculations, now its damage is based as 0.2 x AGI x (hero level/10 to 1) dmg.
Expansive damage for Archer's power shot now deals pure damage.
Archers fulgore Arrow base damage increased from 300% AGI to 700% AGI.
New skill for Dark ranger: Dash, unit moves forward around 300 units.
Shaman/ Master druid/druid
This Character got a overhaul.
Removed Enchantment skill from Shaman (useless).
Druid's Acid bomb reworked and renamed to Noxious Mushroom Cloud, a toxic cloud that deals AoE damage based on INT attribute.
New Shaman skill Summon Ancient tree, calls a Living tree to fight for you, lasts 60 seconds.
New Shaman skill Sowing seed, Shaman plants a seed on target body, that grows fast making target walk slow, attack less and take double incoming damage, last 15 seconds.
New Shaman Skill Plant growth, makes all nearby plants takes 50% bonus damage and 700 armour defence.
Shaman healing wave AoE increased from 600 to 1000, healing amount increased from 8040 to 9999. coldown decreased from 4 to 6 seconds.

Clown/Joker/Jester
New skill added to Clown: Evil Laughter, clown emits a laugh that decreases nearby enemy's defence by 600 in 800 AoE.
New Skill added to Clown: Trickster Body, grants hp regeneration by 120 hp per second.
Iron Slayer/Assassin/thief
Improved Iron Slayer's Destajador Skill description, and enabled damage text. Now damage dealed are 6x AGI , 2x AGI, 4x STR (3 hits).
Iron Slayer reworked skill silent edge, now it's name is Culling Edge and deals damage equals to 7 * (STR+AGI) to all units in a cone in front of Iron slayer.

Berserk/Champion/Grunt
Enabled Unbreakable spirit skill on Berserk.
Nerfed ShadowClaw skill damage from Berserk path, now it deals Str * 2 + Agi * 3 base normal damage.

Ancient Dragon
- As we know dragons are attracted by wealthy and prosperity. So if players abuse of these kind of edicts. This would make a dragon visit from outer lands.
- Marked as global open event Ancient Dragon will choose a random city to attack.
- After losing current 20% hp, dragon will start flying to another city, increasing difficulty. Ancient dragon will fight on both air and land, turning his mode according to battle mods.
Skills:
- Dragon Fire breath. Can be casted from land and air. Deals 6k damage every 0.3 seconds through the fire path ( 256 x 1200 AoE)
- Wing Field: Reduces movement and attack speed by 70% on 700 AoE.
- Firebolt: deals 10k damage to target.
- Burning fire gland: (Air) enables buffered damage (3000 + 1200 each second)
- Scales damage reduction: Decreases Incoming P&M damage by 35%.

Idgob The ember Demon
- known as the Old former demigod of Science.
- He acts as Agility fighter with ranged skills, fire and divine invocations. It's mechanic works as single targets combined with AoE damage summoning.
- His model is based on Ember Knight from Mythic.
- His skills will deal normal attack type with normal attack damage. This mean damage from Idgob skills will evaluate player hero's armour.
- Massive Aoe damage will not evaluate armour on heroes so better to evade them.
- After Idgob ultimate skill is done, a band of creeps minions will jump into the stage to help Idgob. Creeps are chosen according to current race path.
SKILLS
- Fallens Dance: Idgob evades next incoming attack by turning into any side.
- Dust slashes: Idgob loads his swords with Evil fire crackers and throws them in a cone fowards him. (20k dmg/s)
- Fireflies: Idgob summons two gravitating fireballs that burns any nearby unit 2k dmg/s
- Fire Ambush: Idgob jumps over random target instantly giving 2x main attack as damage to desired target.

DUNGEON
NEW DUNGEON: BOGDI'S MAZE
- you will need a party of at least two players to reach final boss.
- New dungeon name will be Bogdi's Maze, in honour to Bogdi’s inputs to improve the map background and experience.
- Maze dungeon has 8 rooms and 4 caves with a final room for Epic Boss stage. Stages are reset-able.
- Reset Mechanics: If the entire party die into any room, all the maze will be reseted. Each room will contain a party with 10 enemies lead by a strong unit.
- Players can choose between 6 path of journeys. each path will have its own race.
- Race pack developed to path are: Orcs, Demons, Ancients, Renegade, Undeads and Wilds.
- If you finally clean all rooms you will get access to final boss, If you die in boss room only boss will be reseted (restoring Life and mana).
- Reset means the entire party died.
- Each race will have a new set as reward, same set part will be dropped to each party member when defeated boss. To get the entire set you will need to defeat the Maze 4 times, each try will have increased difficulty. Time's difficulty will be marked as "Normal" - "Hard" - "Master" - "Veteran".
- Finally, on each maze room reset, the stages will be randomly ordered, so you cannot remember rooms order.
EVENTS
HUNTERS GUILD
- Hunters guild contest starts each 3 days at 7.00 am. You need to choose a monster ticket to register into the contest.
- Each contest works a season. with rewards for first, second and third participant. Who kills more monsters by the end will win the season.

Teams will be balanced by members count to avoid overloaded groups
Players have 3 minutes to select a team, Event will be cancelled if teams aren't ready
Minimun team requirement for match is 2 vs 2 players

1- You will be teleported to teams battle stage where each team has certain amount of life points")
Battle Objective is decrease enemy team points to zero, killing enemy players (-1 point) Or killing enemy Titan (-6 points).
2- If you leave the stage during battle stance your team will lose 3 point first time. Battle stage doesn't count inner rooms or undergrounds places, entering here
means you leave the stage too, if you die out the battle It will be not counted as point
3- There will be special bonus stones spreaded into the stage, its number depends of players participating. Each stone destroyed will increase your team points by +2.
4- To make Titan alive and able to defend himself you must collect a certain amount of life values from killing spawned creeps into the battle area, value size is
directly related to creep level

Important: Battle team is an experimental feature that needs to be fully tested.
Its development requires enough information from feedback. if all works fine there will be extended Team events following this way.

Systems

<ADVANCED ATTRIBUTES>.
As you know, 1.2.0 comes with new hero attributes. Fortune (as LUCK), Mental Strength and Constitution. These attributes requires some deep game knowledge to use in good mode.
they rise in same way that you rise AGI, INT, STR. But their effect is very different.
FORTUNE: Increases chance of deal lethal attacks,
Increases chance of find money from monsters & destructables,
Increases chance of enable Special casts.
in 1.2.0 version the gold income rate is very reduced. item tax return is 1/5 and gold from monsters will require Fortune.

CONSTITUTION: Increases amount of instantly restoration
increases damage dealed by lethal attacks. Instantly restoration enabled some HP healed when you receives damage.

MENTAL STRENGTH
Increases damage dealed by specials cast.
Increases chance of trigger instantly restoration.
Increases self control on altered states.

SPECIAL CASTS

It's refered to the spells behaviour and works directly with your FORTUNE and MENTAL STRENGTH.
fortune determines the chance of trigger a special cast: the formula is chance = %5 * Fortune
Any special cast has levels those are determined by the formula level = %(1 to logg(base,100+Fortune+Mstrength)) where base = 1.1 + (Fortune + Mstrength)/(1+Fortune)
basically you will see these effects more often when your Mental Strenght or Your Fortune rises over 100 points.
levels determine the amount of final effect from the ability casted. The chance's order from "easy to trigger" to "very hard to trigger" is:
1:inspired cast 2:Enhanced cast 3:Focused cast 4:perfect cast 5:Migthy cast 6:impossible cast 7:Devastating cast
If your Fortune is higher than your Mental Strength you will increase your chance of get Devastating casts but the final damage dealed will be very low. In other way if You rise your Mental Strentgh but your Fortune is low, your
specials cast will be rarely seen.
Not every spell triggers special cast. Only mainly those with single target/deals damage.
Special cast works more frecuently on High levels and recomended amounts are 50 - 200 points, more than this isn't recommended until you know what are you doing.

Altered States

in 1.2.0 version you will find taverns on main cities. In these taverns you can find drunken people, barwomen and wine, lots of wine.
if you drink any of these licquors, It'll affect some of your states with non wanted effects. States affected are: INT - STR - AGI - MSTR - LUCK - CONS - MSPD - DEF -
REG. Any altered state has 5 levels and rises one state while another state is lowered. These levels are determined by the power of the licquor. The altered state
duration is determined from the drunken level (basically If your mental strenthg and Constitution are low any new cup will increase the drunken level). Max level is 5,
if you drink beyond level 5 you will die by drunken stupor (Ethyl coma).


racial bonuses are Human, Orc, Undead, Ancient, Elite, Hero and Boss. These bonuses can be stackable in some ways. for example as a beta tester player asked me:
Santino gets 3 racial bonuses enabled. Human - Hero - Boss. so the best legendary stack for him is Agnear - Excalibur and Kenar.
These racial bonuses affects normal attacks and main skilled attacks like Frost Nova, or Martir's Fury.
So, one of most interesting features of this version is the chance of make items bonuses stacks.
Enabled Chronoss Servant, a stats reseter.

If you don't want to modify your ally status, for example, while you are hunting some boss with another player from different faction, you can request License modal. just buy the ticket from your faction master. Check your current service on your wisp. If you buy a ticket while an event is happening you must wait for the next event. If war starts while you are out of service you cannot enter into the pvp team arena. take care, if you want to hunt on party, all players from different factions must buy a ticket.

All non player gamers own a "bastion" and is inserted into a faction.
The main target is destroy all enemy bastion. by the way killing gives you the new item Pvp Gem.
Bastion are invulnerables until you defeat all defensive towers.
Any tower gives to the killing unit +1 pvp gem and drops some others pvp gems.
If you start this event with low faction encouragement. your defensive tower start with less HP than the normal state.
This value is decreased -10% on each faction mission failed. take care of lossing agent events.
GamePlay
- XP required constant increased from 300 to 400
- heroes cannot use more than 2 wings.
Miscelaneous
- inserted a new unit called Trader on Silent Garden items sold: Fallen Angel and phoenix wings
- Enabled "Find scout Quest" as repeatable.
- Reduced Die time to 50%
- Rebuilded Die trigger
- Inserted credits for models, icons and textures (sorry for being late)
- Warning messages now are displayed as Main Hero conversation

Ardenian: As the map is updated with great content packages now and then and offers enjoyable content for many hours,
as well in single player and multi player, we decided to raise the rating to 4/5 Recommended.

but i think i will not able to find bad things or things to improve, i think at very first view this one will be a 5/5

edit: uu typos, you will recive some critic for that

edit: just awsome, maybe someone will find some issue or bug, but this map remebers me the orc campaing of the frozen throne

im just to newby to make a proper review of this map, is far long for my limited knoledge,
a more experimented reviewer or mod will be more acurate

edit: i want to play complete, so if i find somenthing i tell you

I like your map and here is my review;

Terrain looks good 3/5 (You can improve)
Gameplay is good 4/5
Quest needs to improve but still good 5/5 (Class/World quests good idea. I like it)
Bosses needs to improve or make more bosses :D 4/5 (Make some dungeons for bosses)

Zepellin Travel is good idea +
Class male/Female novice good idea +
Thousend items good idea +
Many quests good idea +
This map is not a bad idea - :D

Total 16/20.

Hi there, played your map for a little and paused here too excited to give a review because your game is just perfect and has this interesting and fresh systems but your only enemy or should we say problem is grammar. You got some wrong grammars. Here is my review btw:

Good Points

Bad Points

Suggestions:

  • Terrain is just great. Everything is organized but some probems are you mixed tiles too mch giving a dirty feeling into it. You should lessen that and also dont mix HQ models with Low Quality models such as your trees. Some are LQ and some are HQ.
  • Nice job with the new and fresh systems you got. It really give a new way of playing RPG games such as this.
  • Quests are just interesting and friendly. It even gives a tut into it. So that includes the game being newbie friendly.
  • Few heroes but consists of different classes that they can advanced into.
  • Some wrong grammars in the game. Most are minors though.
  • Noticed that heroes quite have wc3 skills and not customized, you should fix that and add some more of a bizzare skills into them
  • No terrain is perfect so imprpvements into it is still open.
  • You should fix the wrong grammars into it.
  • You should make hero's skills more of custom and not all wc3 skills. Make them more unique and makes it perfect for their role.


Overall, this is my review. I only played it a little so correct me if in some points I am wrong. So your terrain is great, has this RPG elements (all check), and most of all newb friendly. Rated 4/5 and +4 REP to you, good sir!

Well its a super massive rpg so i'll only leave my thoughts of what I was able to play.

First of all I salute you for managing a decent terrain on this large rpg but there are still many parts that still inconsistent like some places are just too messy, too empty or just too normal if you compared to other good looking places. The gameplay is just pure win, the systems are amazing specially the quest and stat manager. Also I really like the familiar system cause I always play alone. The way players can evolve their characters is just a nice touch and evolving them is also challenging with those big numbers of kills required. But what I really love the most on this map is that there are lots of stuffs going around like faction wars, quest popping here and there and those traveling units. The only thing this rpg lacks is a dynamic combat that will fit on the other amazing stuffs mentioned above. I believe that a fast paced action will really fit on the many things happening here and there in the map. It can be approve on its current situation but some polishing will really make this RPG standout.

weew. Thanks for your comments about this RPG, really it encourages me to maintain Etales developing. About some points and advices that you wrote me, I can reply some of them:

- Uncustomized skills: It's true, all of novice skills are default based skills, and some others for advanced class (like blood lust, esnare). But these skills was made thinking about friendly environment for new players with known abilities. So there are many customs and complex skills that you get into your growing like Destajador for Ironslayer and Kula's Dream for Wizzard (my favorite). or Power Shot from Archer class. I 'll paste here some of them showing his states.
- Wrong grammar. i know that. i have to fix it.
- Quest: I'm really very happy with your words about it. anyway this map on this version lacks quests because I just finished the system and I need to get enought time to make other quests as personal stories. That is the main target for this system. i dont like those plain quests where you get a single target and finish.
- This map isn't entirely finished, still, you are seing only the main structure. enjoy the game!

the thing is that when i play on garena(its lan ) my save doesnt goes in etales folder... i have there a folder thief but no code there...

MMMMm. well , the save system makes same procedure to set saving directory for all classes. for a -lost in the hell- reason this procedure works wrong with "thief" class. I'll fix this issue on next version.

item despawner/remover sometimes removes items you just dropped for the npc to loot like the dwarf on the 2nd city and you just gotta farm again the bear mask for the quest DX. guards can be used to level up easily or to kill some bosses if you lure them to the guards of a nearby city. where is the 2nd job advancement npc? D:
one of my friends couldnt do the tutorial quest. he checked his whisp log many times no ongoing quest found there he tried getting 1 gem nothing tried killing 3 assasins gnoll nothing tried using his statpoints nothing . at some point he respawned at the 2nd city when we were training in the first city.
after one of my friends got disconected my board with the kills and stuff dissapeared :/
when the jewelry box inventory is full you cant loot gem fragments.

I last played the 1.04a version and me and my friend found the mage class way underpowered, apart from that we liked how you set everything up, only hard thing was to follow the quest line after the tutorial.

Most things were well balanced, maybe to slow down the pace of fights you could lower the damage of creeps and heroes but keep the current armour/health.

Also warriors can get the bear set early, maybe an early class set for other classes would be nice to? For more balance, and yeah fix the drag into guards since you can speed level and it feels like cheating.

I will keep testing this map as you update :)

so far I give it 4/5 since it has a lot of work put into it and I can see it make the long yards as an awesome rpg, just need balancing issues as the main problem I found, good job

Big problem.
Can't load my code in new game. Only the wisp spawns. When I click player characteristics on Wisp, it tells me lvl 0, -35 b stats.

Another difficulty was with Healer first quest. The plants that spawn must be picked by hero and not backpack otherwise they simply turn into items. That was really confusing...I tried to turn in 7 plants and just ended up selling them to the guy!

well. let' see
a) Tutorial is only for level 1. higher level cannot do the tutorial. anyway did you save the replay?. please send me it (if you got it) to check what happens here.
b) there is no problem about guardian's help. trust me, they are beatable and they are here for that reason that you says it's wrong. (dont forget, in this game the EXP isn't the unique important thing. You need kill!)
c) You must learn to use jewelry box. the tutorial says that you need to store completed gems clicking on it.
d ) Second advancement is Faction choose.

Yeah. that's true. But on 1.04b & 1.04c mage class was heavily updated. please check the changelog.

I checked your code and it seems to be too long. i'll try to fix this issue on the next update but the best way to avoid this is saving your hero without items with a lot of charges. like potions. this helps to reduce the saving code size.

about healer quest. HELL yes!. only the hero can do the quest!. (it's too easy if you do this with your wisp!)



i hope my answers help with all your questions. about the "thief issue" i'll fix that on next update.

1. If ur scout dies, the quest is permanent a failure, so if u accept it again, u can directly turn it in for the 1500 gold (can be repeated endlessly)
2. The Event where the Ekrom Army sends a Delivery (NPC) bugged in my game, he just ran to some random place (The building in the river northeast of Lasthope) and couldnt leave there again (something teleported him back to 1 spot again and again)
3. The 2nd Class quest is too different for the factions, i mean kill 100 little zombies for ancient core? no problem. Kill Ogre Lord for Wolf Fang? Nearly Impossible!
4. In the cathedral where u can Exchanged the number of killed undeads for 1/2 killpoints: U can load high lvl char, kill 600 undead, repick and make new novice, go exchange the kills and u have instant 300 killpoints
5. Shell sandals doesnt give any Movement Speed
6. In Colddream, there are: 2 NPCs that belong to "The Dark Lord" (a city guard at the bridge and a healer near the Ancient Core Boss) and 1 Healer that is neutral passive (also near Ancient Core Boss)
7. It would be nice to get a Message of what u found in a chest (and dont move items to tent when hero inventory is full, rather move it to backpack)
8. The Ancient Core is allied to The Dark Lord during faction war?

Yes, this bug was registered. there is an error in the code.

Well. it's true, the difference between tests is hardly. but it's related to people choice percent (mostly for wolffang), anyway it'll be changed to some elite unit per faction.

Sheel sandals gives +60 ms. (just checked on the map)

So, I just started with my final tests period. so my time to develop and improve the map is critically reduced for the next two weeks. i wanna go back to work as fast as i can.

1. If u kill in the Cathedral with ur Companion, it also counts towards the exchange thing
2. Disable Shared units and trading, else someone can buy stats, items or a companion for a low lvl hero
3. Make the Sets need a certain lvl, or bind them to hero, else low lvl heroes could get them from high lvl heroes
4. If u use scrolls in ur backpack (cuz my hero had full inventory) the backpack will get the skill (in this case: critical and dodge)
5. Companions can wear 6 weapons (even high lvl ones), better change it so they can wear items where hero has the required lvl (and like in hero that they can only use 1 bow or 2 1h weps or 1 2h wep)
6. Maybe add a Stat reset (i think many new players think u can use the stats again after class change, like i did)
7. change it so that chests only drop items in the lvl range of the hero (got a lvl 77 armor as novice, could sell it for 31250 gold)
8. Make it so Archer isnt able to use Daggers, since he is a ranged char
9. The Skill "Sword Style" of Knight tier 2 that should be at skill lvl 4 is already active at a lower lvl (i think lvl 2, but u cant see the icon)
10. Add Names to the Traveling Portals
11. If Faction war is going on during the Tier 3 test, and u are Ancient Core, they are allied to u, and if u are knight, u can kill them with "Sword Style" by trying to attack them all the time
12. The Fire Skill of Knight is completely useless in late game (does 1250 dmg, BUT!!! the max dmg it can deal to all units is like 3000 or something, so only 2-3 units get dmg)
13. In the Area near the Last Portal, there can spawn a lvl 51 Sea Giant, that has a "Throw Stone" skill with 0 CD
14. The Event where the Ekrom Army sends a Baron to the 2nd Town is bugged, even after i killed him the Event didnt end (i even got the chest and scroll, but nothing), now im stuck as enemies to Entashara and Ekrom Army, and as an Ally to The Dark Lord
15. "Sword Style" doesnt work as Tier 3 Knight

1.I can't find what to do for job 2 after i get 900 kills,you need to put some info for it in F9 maybe or idk,a screen message when u get 900 kills?I'm really confused and idk what to do atm to get job 2.

2.I dropped an item for a second and it got removed,i suggest you to make a timer for removing items,for example every 10 minutes the items will be removed,and add commands which can be used only by the host to pause the timer and make it tick tack again.

3.Make a roll command,if we are 2-3 people and we all need the same item,it's really hard to decide which one to pick it.

4.My friend bought ogre and put lvl 70 items on him and he lvls really fast,i think that's unbalance,maybe remove the inventory skill for the companions?

5.Quests are pretty confusing as well,and i think the bear quest for collecting masks is broken,me and my friends couldn't manage to finish it.

6.I think you should create free website for your RPG,and make people visit it and post bugs,suggestions etc.

Terrain is good,and i like the map,keep up the good work and continue working on the map and fix all the bugs. :thumbs_up:

To get Job 2, u have to choose a faction:

EKROM ARMY (Just look on the Map where the light blue guys are)
+200% Basearmor

WOLF'S FANG BROTHERHOOD (The third town, after u crossed the river)
+25% Bonus Dmg

ANCIENT CORE OF ENTHASHARA BROTHERHOOD (At the very bottom of the map in Colddead or whatever towns name was)
+50% Attackspeed

Rpgmaniac can you give info about next jobs also about companions i think the best here is to make a pet system allowing you to chose pet from lvl 1 instead of companions. Something else on my mind i think is good idea to start at lvl 1 after you get job or at least to give you stats reset so you can choose how much points wanna spend on x attribute depending on new skills you get with each job

Hi guys.
I'm focused on my finals tests for now. but I'll be back as fast as i can.
Next version comes with code wipe. that was mentioned some months ago on Facebook page and main reason is some dumping glitches and wrong function on saving code for 1.04c (anyway 1.04b works fine)
To minimize the code wipe impact. 1.05 version comes with 4 new hero classes. and some features will be improved like the drop rate, quest system, the leveling experience and some of the suggestions that i can read here too.
Anyway your words about this map encourages me to return fast to developing the Etales story.

So the map is really great but I have a question for you. I cant find how can you put orbs in weapons and armors. Is not in the description and I looked everywere I think.

Just to inform everyone, who is looking forward to me making a Guide for the Classes: I think it will have to w8 until the codewipe was done, since i dont have much motivation to do every class when i cant even save them ;)

Bug

Bug 1. - There is a disconnection bug i dont know if anyone has told you about it or even encountered it. I've encountered this bug twice, this started happen after the first game we played which had lasted 6-8 hrs saved and exited. I hosted the game so me and my friends can play and all suddenly everyone but me had left game but had actually disconnected and where stuck on the cinematic's therefore having to close the entire wc3 game.

Bug 2. - When you load it only loads your wisp along with wisp inventory and gold, therefore you cannot load.

Bug 3. - Stats do not load i had 300 + stats on all of them and it made it so i only loaded each stats as 35 and i had no stat points to spend.

Bug 4. - uppon restarting and rechoosing i could not do the scout quest, i was allied to the dark lord so i could not use the catacombs..

Bug 5. - When you save the save code displayed upon the screen is not a full code only partial contains only 3/4ths of the code so you can not load, but when u check your folder it shows the whole code but probably a partial code due to the fact when you load it doesnt load your stats you had previously along with a hero you only spawn with your gold and whisp.

Please fix i like the rpg but these bugs are bad i cant even play the game sometimes played 2/15 games i've hosted

I dont think that asking when the new version will come will speed up the release :p

I think that its better if it needs a bit longer, as long as all bugs are fixxed ;)

Found another weird bug (i was bored so i played it again^^)
At the faction war, where u have to go to the extra arena, to kill the 2 faction leaders (the one with towers) the leaders were kinda swapped:
On the left side was the Ekrom Army Leader with Ancient Core Towers
Top Right was the Ancient Core Leader with Wolffang Towers
Bottom Right was the Wolffang Leader with Ekrom Army Towers

(I can remember a game where it was normal -> Leaders got the right Towers protection them)

So basically I've been playing this game for quite some time now (+20 hours) and I must say I think it's awesome to say the least :) though I've come across alot of bugs that I'm just gonna list now

1. bows improved effect does not work, same with mage/cleric wands magic effect bonus. the stat on archer armors "20% flee" also does not work.
2.If you repick after having loaded or joined a faction, it still counts as if you were in that faction on ur new char. so lets say u load wolf faction, then repick and load someone from ekrom or ancient, the rest of the game it will count you as being wolf faction in wars, despite actually being wolf.
3. you can NEVER see how much armor, armors actually give( etc. i have a +10armor that gives like 140..)
4. Thiefs passive that steals items, only works like 1/20th of the times that he actually says "stealth attack".
I also have alot of really UNBALANCED stuff..
1. Ranger tier 3 skill is completly useless.. tier 2 is also quite useless sadly. The explosive arrow does not work ( at least not with any orb) so if u have a weapon with frost or lifesteal or whatever it won't work.
2. Knight is completly overpowered comparred to other classes. Like str is allready the best stat in game, since hp means alot, and max attackspeed bonus is easily achieved. You however made it so knight does not have to go any agi and still achieve max attackspeed, with 400% bonus dmg and 262% lifesteal, no other classes can even come close to that.
3. Agi as a stat is actually completly useless since you gave all chars same base cooldown, which means that all chars also have same max attackspeed. This makes archer and thief really useless because 50k hp > 1000armor in this game. You really need to give thief and archer lower base cooldown, so they can achieve higher attackspeed, thus making them a little more useful.
4. mage is utterly useless in this game. I read all the posts and you say that you increased mage alot in 1.04b and c.. well I would most certainly not have wanted to see mage in 1.04a because that must have been completely retarded. mage has no int based skills. His spell dmg is so low, like how is mage ever gonna do any dmg on a 400k hp boss with his 500dmg nuke -.- you need to make int based spells on him, and you need to keep him ranged, it's really sad that you become an "armed magician"...
5. Any char that does not have a chance to get a cleave item (etc. archer or cleric) is getting somewhat screwed in the dungeons or in boss areas because you made such a high respawn rate in mobs. At orc boss etc. , my knight has a cleave, and one shot mobs, but I still can't kill them fast enough, same goes on in mine or in castle (just some examples)

Well... I'm going to have to agree with Lamaen on several points...

Mages are drastically underpowered and having a melee mage is just silly. Whereas on the opposite end, Warriors are drastically overpowered, capable of soloing most bosses. Now, I can see warrior being strong, but not that strong.

Secondly, Ranger does seem to get another short stick, as even though she has a crit and evade, her attack speed is equal to Warrior's with his frenzy. Ranger's skills also all seem to be centered around Power Shot, which I'm not complaining about, I just think she should have some other kind of support. If Ranger had say....2 extra arrow multi-shot, I think that would be fair. It would certainly be more helpful than Molten Arrow.

The 20% Flee property on higher level Ranger armor doesn't really seem to do anything. Not that it seems entirely useful to begin with as she has a high base move speed, especially so with agi.

Thief seems fine to be honest, as they can WW and support themselves. A lifesteal weapon on one increases survivability by a massive amount as does a good armor.

All in all, Paladin is good, but needs perhaps something else to reduce damage. Armor is useful only in so many situations as Cleave ignores armor and does a massive amount of damage to him. Somehow, I think Grom has cleave, Grim critted and one shotted my lvl 99 Paladin. That's something that I shouldn't see when fighting a boss.

Healer's Awakening skill says that it gives a crit, however it only gives it to the Healer. (At the very least it only shows on the healer.) I don't know if that is intentional or not however.

Also, there appears to be a 'bug' where you can use more weapons than should be allowed. I.E. A 2 Handed Sword and a shield, or Two daggers and a one handed sword. Things like that.

As for the spawn rates near bosses, he's completely right. It quickly begins to be a handful. And the faction glitch has happened to me several times.

2 more bugs to report:
2 Friends startet new in a game and the first faction war that came was the one with the 3 towers... but since they didnt had a faction when the faction war startet, they were allied to all 3 factions and later, when they chose a faction and entered the portal, they were stuck there cuz the only ways out are either dyin or killing 2 of the bosses

Tier 3 Test:
1) 1st player entered
2) during the fight, the 2nd player pressed the "Tier 3 Challenge" button and nothing happened (think he didnt have enough kills)
3) 1st player finished the tier 3 test and becomes tier 3
4) 2nd player gets ported "out" to where the "Tier 3 Challenge"-Guy is
5) 1st player stays inside the arena and cant get out

umm.. avahor you should start fixing the problem with the save/load system as im bound to start a new hero all the time because either the hero doesnt load correctly (happened with archer resulting in an empty soul guard and no hero) or it says invalid code
