Hey, I tried your captain and footman on my map. I think you could improve a little bit the tabard.

Here in the screenshot, you have Captain (original) vs Captain (Stormwind):

As you can see, the Lion's head emblem is also on the back, which looks weird, imo. Can't it be just "armor" like in the original?

Armor you think a "knight" chest? Like in original Gilneas Captain? Hmm... I can post here version without it. And sorry bout that tabard, I noticed it during first making, I tried to make it better, but that one was best result

hmmm, maybe yea. But I do not know, it is about Ujimasa remake... If I will do it, I will do one post with it for more fractions(not I am gonna add lordearon version of crossbowman to lordearon, alterac crossbowman to alterac, but two to one crosbowman post)

The Dalaran and Gilnean variant could really use more shadings, the grey colored parts looked extremely flat, you could also add like light reflecting onto their armor

The face is good but the body kinda doesn't suits well how about remove that armor and add skulls in his shoulders

Huge announcement and ask for help!!!
Alright guys. I planing post my footman pack, including footmen, sargeants, captains and guardsmen finaly into Resources. Sounds great, right? So there is two things bout it
1. Thank you for your support and liking, I honestly never thought that my ideas could have so much of positive reactions.
2. And here comes that ask for help - problem is, that I am not completly okey with all my work.
Ones who maybe looked at my work in matrix eater closer, surely noticed little imperfections. I plan fix it, and fixed versions put to the pack. In the end differences will not be so big from versions you had from this thread. My request is about decay bone sequence and textures swap - as Rexusmax found out, I forgot save my Old Blackrock Grunt after I swap texture from grunt to raider. So some models can have same problems. Too I found out, that models that I posted have not fixed decay bone. If you gonna find out next samiliar "errors", please let me know it(naturally it does not apply just for footmen).
Too I wanna you to deside what models should be in pack in some cases. Idealy example is Lordearon guardsman. As you could notice, I made more versions because I was not satisfied with original. And I do not know which should be in pack. my personal favorite is V5, but I noticed that V3 have more downloads. Or too, I made I new dalaran ones with that promised watcher armor. And according to me, they looks much better than old ones with chaoswarlord armor, but tell me which one you like more. And too, I plan made some new versions of other models or new models "to the number"(like alterac sargeant and guardsman), actually I plan made new versions of stormwinders and silverhanders. And maybe too new versions of others. Anyway, I want your help about deciding of that one that will be in final pack.

Loktar's verion (left), and yours (right). Both models are awesome. However, I like your more. He has stock helmet, boots and shield, while you made it different. But I do not like that brown chest your put for some reason. That blue one is better, it fits more. Maybe once update this or make a second version with blue chest/back.

Thanks for feedback. Chest suppose to be leather armor with few metal plates in. Samiliar weared romans instead of full bronze chest armor. In melee fight it would easy too beat them by heavier armored soldier. I know, just lore detail, by that is just me.

Yes, completely logical, but still, armor can be behind blue layer as well, it does not need to be brown. Its just color. Also, now in reality, some people, and soldiers wear armor behind clothes, so those Footmans can as well. Unless it specifically needs to be visible by eye
