You should change the Projectile thats resting on the end to something more "Dwarfish" the old Orc Demolisher projectile dont fit it.

Nice work m8 i figured out how the attack animation is perfect,
Set:
Animation (Backward/Return) movement point to 200 (Not sure about the name, im from germany)
Animation Damagepoint to 100

For me works the attack animation perfect now 5/5 model
