You can add the Cargo Hold ability to the unit and remove it when the duration is up.

No. Silence, Cloud, Drunken haze - all have Data - Attacks prevented field. Check what you want to prevent and it will do that.

If I understand what you mean than I think a great solution could be the curse ability. Just modify it so that it has a 100% chance to miss on attacks.

thats actually great because curse is unit target ability while afaik all silences, drunken haze etc are all AoE spells so it could bug if you miss the unit

You can make a dummy cast that. Setting projectile speed to 0 makes it instant. Also, drunken haze requires target, but it will affect units within X range of that target.

yes, i checked it silence can disable attacks.
but i rather choose Cargo Hold, it's disable more like Dota's one..
add some effect and done..
the others nah, miss is not disable attacks..
miss is attack but "MISS".. disable attacks mean unit can't no longer use attack command..
