I voted for soft because......
-Finding someone's last post for help in chat is a pain....
-Rep is worthless, if it's not serious and no one takes it seriously, why take it seriously in moderation?
-Easier for Ralle to make so he can get on to more important things.....
-etc. etc.

And I still believe rep's name should be changed.
And I don't see why anyone thinks Post count has to do with anything, you could have 2 very useful posts or 2,000 spammy annoying posts.
