Some things I would like to say:
Limit breaks - Past lvl 10-something noone else is going to have limit breaks, but tanks. I played as a lich until lvl 60 and from lvl 30-60 I could fire only a single limit break.
Instant kill spells - There are some spells that kill anyone instantly but the tank. LvL 60 quest boss - 5000 damage to my 1200 or 2200 hp
Hotkeys - I was a White 3/Black Master/Green 2 Lich and I had FOUR skills mapped on the Q hotkey and two on D.. Without hotkeys most skills suck. No fast damage burst, no fast healing.
Combinate items - There are no ingame tips/hints/recipes telling you which items you can combine. We tried out a few more or less logical items, but zero luck.
Zone Preview..thingy - Whenever you enter a new zone you will be shown a small cinematic. While it might add to the mood we found it very annoying.
Time Magic - Is very, very, very weak and pointless in the begining, and even at master level your party will only use it to mass teleport or maybe stop. It's far the most fitting secondary school for a Technique Master character, you should add a hint about this.
Green Magic - Is also a little weak compared to Technique, White or Black schools. You should add some shields or rejuvenation or something to Green, because right now, it has little uses.
Melee Casters - The thing is, whenever you go close to a monster with your glass cannon melee caster he dies from 2-5 hits and does tiny damage. I would suggest you to add ranged attack to casters or totally remove the damage on staves and add some hp or str or magic or more int, because right now, the damage on staves is -totally- useless.
Revival - At lvl 60 waiting 120-something seconds after a wipe is not entertaining :S I think you should instantly revive all the players if they are all dead. This way you create the need for at least one player to hold the line until others resurrect if they don't want to abandon a boss fight and you spare your players from waiting two minutes after running out of unholy crosses or passing away at an impossible place.
Luck - What the hell is luck for? :S It is not perfectly clear what EXACTLY it does.
I think you should add some buff skill to green magic to defend casters from instant killing blows. Some kind of a shield like this:
It can be casted on anyone or just on self.
Whenever the hero recieves a damage higher than 60% of his hp make the hero absorb it.
Aaand, the most important.
There is a
huge bug in the game. We were playing for 3-4 straight hours without saving and one player typed in something. I think it was -mp. As soon as he typed it he dissapeared from the game, no, not disconnected, he was there, but his hero disappeared. He didn't reply for more than two minutes and we typed -mp to the chat as well...
You switch into cinematic mode, your hero disappears, and eventually the game freezes.
Overall, it's a great game with nice skills and concepts. 4.5/5
