Well, by the "D:" stuff over there, I suppose this map belongs to Desolation pack of Ujimasa Hojo. this is against the rules, for several reasons:
-Map is already uploaded in Hive;
-Lack description;
-No autorization's proof given;
-You just remove his name from the "Created by" and placed your own name. This is called stealing.
