Custom tileset count in the WE -- enhanceable and how?

here is my problem:
When I go in Advanced > Modify tileset...
There is the mention Total Textures Space (Used or Remaining)
i would like to know how to increase the maximun of tileset allowed in a map.
If I need a programs or a trigger, please, send a link or the trigger like that :

• Event
• Condition
• Action

the maximum number of title sets is 16 (i think)

I know, but i mean 13 tile space
if all of my tile had 1 as cost, i would have 13 tile

do you use normal world editor?

world editor unlimited

Don't use WEU, use JNGP. If you don't need JNGP features, use normal WE.
