Contest - Bossfight

Yeah, I thought it would be better as a challenge than a contest

By the way since it's a challenge I can help arrange rep awards. But how challenges go is that everyone who enters "bids" some rep, and if they lose or drop out, they lose that rep. The winner gains all of the rep that everyone lost.

Keep in mind people tend to get rep from other users for their entries anyway, so you aren't losing much if you don't win ;D

5 reputation per user sounds decent enough, they will get more just for entering, people who vote in the pool will surely give rep for their favorites so no point in making it such low.

Look at it like this, 5 reputation is nothing, you can get twice if you just go to some forum and help some 5 random people, or comment on 5 maps, etc...

But the prize will get upped if it is 5x rep points per 1 person and would make the challenge more exciting.

My opinion only.

Would a human/other creature which later turns into a demon count?

What defines a demon? Does it have to do with fire?

Could many of the stages ("phases") be fights against the demon's minions, who are not necessarily demons themselves?

Some demons are portrayed as good. Does "or other hellish creature" imply that this must be the evil variant?

By "or other hellish creature", does this imply specifically the Christian hell?

The theme is quite ambiguous.

Demons can include many things: e.g. Some people have a demon of fear. whenever they come across somthing that they don't understand they become afriaid and scared and they don't know what to do and shut down, become rude and abrasive, and/or try to leave the situation. i don't know how one could make a bossfight about this, but, it would get good marks for theme, hopfully.

I was actually going to be a judge. But spoke to TWIF and I'm going to join the contest instead. RaiN and I are going to team up to make an epic bossfight. We usually work together for our ORPG the Oakwood Forest and because of that think we can make a pretty good bossfight for this contest.

Still 3 judges left so I think it's not a problem.

Good luck everyone!

ok i would hope they wouldnt have to be MUI as that is pointless.

Why not make something perfect if it's so easy to do. Just add variables and voila. I can't remember I've ever made a spell that wasn't MUI. It requires nearly no extra effort and makes the spell so much more useable.
