Changing "Warcraft III Tips"

I have custom tips for my game by changing the TipStrings.txt document. Ingame though, the title of the tips is still "Warcraft III Tips." I know this is a small detail, but is there any way to change the title of the tip display so it reads something like, "Darwin's Map Tips" or whatever?

To be clear, the tips display correctly. I want to change the heading above them.

Afaik this string is in UI\FrameDef\GlobalStrings.fdf and overwriting this file in map does not work.

That's too bad. Thanks anyway. I'd +rep but you solved too many of my problems recently so it won't let me! Bask in my appreciation anyway though.
