[General] Aligned Tool Tips and Resolutions

Im currently making changes to the tools-tips of a map and im having trouble making the the tool-tips stay aligned.

Im running war3 at 1360x768, both of the tool tips in the image are at 1360x768, i want to make all my tool-tips to look like the top tool-tip on all resolutions, but when i run war3 in a different resolution all the tool tips become like the bottom tool tip.

Is there a way to make all tool-tips stay aligned on all resolutions?

Or type <n> or how it's called in wc3.
