Changing unit from gound to air

I am trying to make boss mechanic where dragon starts to fly after getting to certain HP.

I have tried unit life event and animation action, but nothing happens.

The deathwing model which can be found here, has walk alternate animation which is flying animation. I have also tried the morph animation but trigger still is not doing anything.

Only "map initialization" works as event for triggering flying animation.

I have tried to make this work for hours, without any result except that and its not what I wanted.
