Building... and stuff

I think he means do the workers move immediately, or do they wait a second before going to build, and when they get there, do they start immediately or take a second? In Warcraft III there was always a slight delay. In StarCraft II, it depends on your connection. If it's poor, and I mean really poor, then a delay will be there from command lag. If it's not poor whatsoever, there will be absolutely no delay.
 
I think he's talking about like the building stages like from a layout (dirt of a farm) snaps immediately to the framing (with stone blocks), if he's talking about that, then it's smooth, mostly no snaps... :D
