There is an issue with the in the portrait model. The grunt's teeth is still closed when he talks, making it look very odd. I'm guessing the teeth's geoset animation has become a little forked up when you compressed the portrait.
This can be solved by deleting that geoset animation and recreate it (make sure to backup that the geoset animation's alpha data in a text file so you can add that data in the new geoset animation).
EDIT: Changes made, approved. Very nice, and useful for making different orc clans. =)
