What's the best 1v1 fight scene you've ever seen in a movie?

My favorite was from Smokin' Aces, with Carruthers and one of the assassins doing a gun and knife fight in the middle of the elevator. Lasted all of 7 seconds as was still one of the most awesome things I've ever seen.
