Can I imply something? My idea is that the dragon needs it's wings not only to fly but for other uses, sort of like a major Organ...
Idea: The dragon has fairly large wings with large sacs filled with acid, the ones located near the body are smaller and are classified as stomaches as the acid is the digestive juice needed for, well... digestion, the system inside the dragon melts certain part of the prey into a semi liquid/solid state so even prey larger than the stomaches can fit in, thus the need for more than one, the ones located on the tip of the wings are natural poison, for self defense or offense, it firsts stuns the prey after an hour or two and after a week or so if it is not eaten it dies and secretes a strong smell that most keen smell sensed creatures can smell it, repulsive to other creatures but notifies the poisoner that the prey is dead and ready for scavenging. The ones in the middle are the ones Males don't have, only females, these are sacs of hormones secreted into the tiny eggs, two sacs on each wing can grow the tiny eggs, each about the size of an ant, the sacs of hormones burst upon the eggs and make them larger day by day, but the molecules in the eggs dont get bigger, they stretch instead, so when they are big enough they blow up (not explosively) and release the dragons inside, the hormones are still in contact with the baby dragons and are effective until the dragons become adults, when that happens the hormones are transferred to the hunting poison I mentioned earlier. note that when the sacs containing the hormornes burst they do not regrow, thus only able to reproduce once, they later regrow into Poison sacs.
Okay im sorry if I ended up describing most of the entire dragon but I need to put it out or i'll forget, plus I want your guys opinion on it for my book or a posssible unit...
