BattleNet Latency Reduction

    The artificial latency on all Battle.net realms has been reduced from 250ms to 100ms.

    This means that you will experience less of a delay when playing online. This is effective in ladder matches as well as custom maps.

    There were some internal changes to the game recently (discovered by @MindWorX) which led us to believe Blizzard was intending to reduce the delay, and today they did.

    Does this Effect Multiplayer over Lan?? like ENTGaming other clients.

    That should be he same. Those emulate a LAN environment and thus use LAN settings, which is 100 ms.
