batch convert tga -> blp ?

Looking for a program to do this.

Warcraft III Viewer has this functionality, but the blps all come out as 0kbs. It creates the files, but doesn't write any data to them. Tried running in admin mode, no difference.

Then I tried this converter, dragged my tgas onto it, nothing came out.
Is there a program that has this functionality working correctly?

BLP Lab is pretty much the defacto tool when it comes to BLPs, and it has batch conversions under the tools menu.

If using BLP lab then be aware that it also is highly flawed as it was made with an incorrect BLP specification. I recommend keeping to exporting as full mipmap JPEG compressed BLP files. Indexed (pallet) colour can also work but your options are more limited than they should be.
