Converting Photoshop CS2 files

I'm trying to convert TGA CS2 files over into .blp using WC3 Image Extractor II. Every time I try to do it, though, I get a "Run time error 9, subscript out of range" error. I've tried saving the files in every type of TGA type that Photoshop has. Thanks for any insight you can give me.

Could you attach the file, because then we can convert it for you. Make sure you went to:
Convert Files | BMP, TGA, or JPG -> BLP or something like that. It should work if you do that, but you might have done something wrong if it created an error.

Just dont use image extracter II, use wc3viewer found in the tools section at this site.
