Hello

I am trying to convert a .tga file to a .blp file using Warcraft III Viewer.
The program succeds but the resulting .blp image has a filesize of 0kb.
I have tried different images with the same result, aswell as .jpeg files and .bmp files.

Also tried using Wc3 image extractor II but I get the Error messege "Runtime error 9: Subscript out of range.

I have added an Alpha channel to each image using Photoshop.

The image has to be in right format. (256,512 etc)
