War3 Viewer: Convert PSD file to BLP?

I edited an icon in photoshop, and I want to convert it to .blp, how? My War3Viewer converts only BMP, TGA and JGP..

then save the icon in photoshop into one of those formats. I advise using tga

I've tried it, but the Viewer says "it's not a TGA file" :/
And photoshop doesn't want to open it again

I don't really know how you are trying to save the file from whatever format it is into targa format. However photoshop does allow it. When you have the file opened in photoshop, go to "File" menu in the top bar of photoshop, select "Save As" and in the newly opened window write in the name of the file and underneath the field for name there is a "format" menu. Click it and select "Targa (*.TGA, ...)" format. Then finish saving the file.

Yes, that's how you do it. I guess you just tried to manually change the extension from name.something to name.tga? Because that will never work with anything.
