Image Converter

i have a couple images that i need to change them into .blp however the .tga > .blp for some reason doesn't appear to work for me. Warcraft 3 Viewer does not work as well when it comes to converting my images. i have used photoshop to convert the images to .tga.
Can somebody tell me a working program to use to convert or at least give me directions on another converter?

well, this http://hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/tools/473/ does not open when i click on it.
then for Warcraft Viewer, http://hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/tools/6/ it crashes when i load the image
i'm trying to get the image .tga to .blp for my map

Those programs are designed for Windows 98/XP operating systems and should work first time, every time if your machine is properly configured.

They may not work correctly if your local software is faulty or if you are running Vista/Mac operating systems.

i dont think it supports adding alpha though (so icons and teamcolour may not work if you dont apply an alpha channel to them)
