Basic way to protect your map in Starcraft 2 Galaxy Editor

Hello everybody,

Here is a video I created to help everybody protecting their map in a extremely basic method. All this does is "hide" your triggers from the Galaxy Editor, although they will run perfectly fine when you are in-game.

**NOTICE

I forgot to mention in the video that you will be unable to retrieve the Triggers once they are "deleted". Make sure to save a copy of the original one so you may modify that one and re-protect it afterwards.

If you have any comments or questions, just post, and I'll do my best to help you out.

Yeah, after listening to it a few times I realised I forgot to mention a few things...such as the notice I put under the video an that you should save the map under two different names to not mix it up (You expect people to know to do that, but for some they don't think about it, and having it in the tutorial helps...I may have to update it.

I would suggest locking it for now using the galaxy editor because it is too new for there to be DEprotection systems, and by the time DEprortection systems come out for the GE's protection system, a professional will come out with a better system.

Thank you for letting us know for the third rime that this method of protection is pointless dr. Doesn't change the fact that it can still be done, and for sharing the maps across websites (not necessarily this one but sc2mapster is a good one), this is a way of "hiding" you stuff in a way. Even these small forms of protection stop a good amount of people from snooping around your map.
