Hawkwing: I instantly, without reading the comments, that this had somehow been inspired by Mr.Goblin. It's actually very nice, but it needs more tonal contrast.

It lacks contrast MUCH... and looks like its compressed too much... (just like you opened it in MS paint and saved as .jpg - means "destroyed image"). I don't rate it, as it would be even cool skin if you add more contrast.

Its too lighten. Darken it, make more contrast as amaruak already said, and make a few nice highlights. I think this has a chance to become good.

yeah, the skin is ok, but it lacks something. perhaps the contrast =))
