[General] Apply Defense Upgrade Bonus how to edit it?

How does the Apply Defense Upgrade Bonus work? it doesnt give editable stats like the Movement Speed Bonus does. And i dont see it in the Buffs/Effects. I would like to modify Apply Defense Upgrade Bonus.

Units have something like "upgrade armour bonus" beneath their actual armour bonus. Its usually set to "2". If I'm not mistaken, this is what the "apply defense bonus" uses to increase armour.
