Antivirus help.

Hey people!

My Antivirus NOD 5 is expiring in 3 days.
It was a bit heavy for my PC and sometimes I experienced some issues.
I have made a lot of "surveys" about good free antivirus programs but I need you opinion.
What I want:
Suggest Free Antivirus Programs of high-->best quality of protection able without too much "weight" (and ofcourse the history thing if you know what I mean)

NOD 5 ? You kidding me? It's a bad program I suggest Advanced Systemcare for secure internet surfing it takes nothing from processor
As a good antivirus ... Kaspersky 7 does the jobbbb
