So me and @Siler were thinking about character abilities and how a passive ultimate which is a highly altered Engineering upgrade could benefit a character, and then the idea came up that since this ultimate would upgrade all spells it could turn a regular summon into a much stronger version of itself.

For example you have a summon golem ability, at level 1 it summons a 450hp golem with magic immunity, at level 2 it’s a 575hp golem with magic immunity, and at level 3 it’s a 700hp golem also with magic immunity. But when you upgrade the spell it basically starts off with the 575hp golem at level 1, 700hp golem at level 2, and at level 3 it can be a 825hp golem with both spell immunity and resistant skin. So basically an upgraded level 3 is like a level 4.

What do you guys think? All suggestions are welcome.

If your intention is to make a regular summon into one fit for an ultimate try giving it permanent immolation, hardened skin and maybe some other abilities, this should make the unit on par with infernals, avatars, and phoenixes.
