I for one am tired of seeing this as an excuse to close threads that are discussing a complaint about the site.
When someone has a complaint about the site or something that happened they should not be silenced from the public. They should instead be pushed to voice that opinion to the public and authorities. Silencing complaints by insisting on them only posting in the admin contact seems much more of a way to hide away the problems that are occurring and only serves to hide and disguise a vastly growing gap of well being here at the hive.
Any and all complaints should be reviewable by the public so we to can voice our thoughts on what is going on. How can a community understand, and help one another if half of it is being hidden away.
I understand the use of the admin contact for complaints on uploading/bugs/account trouble ect.
As it stands now it only seems as some sort of mechanism to brush problems under the rug so they do not infect the rest of the people.
Hide the truth to keep the sheep dumb and blind.
