About RoC map enchansing with TFT features

Hello people , I've read http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/f278/enhancing-your-roc-map-ft-features-30452/ this guide , but it doesn't explain how to import custom skins/icons to your map . Could any of you explain that ?
